## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own go-to-market data quality end-to-end, ensuring CRM records, reports, and lists are accurate, complete, and consistent.
- Triage and resolve requests from go-to-market stakeholders involving systems, workflows, and day-to-day operations.
- Partner with Revenue Operations and cross-functional teams to implement automations and process optimizations.
- Analyze inbound request metrics and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with inside sales, outside sales, and cross-functional teams on strategic projects.
- Contribute to documentation and training for Revenue Operations tools and best practices.

## Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations.
- Ability to work across data, systems, and people to drive business outcomes.
- Initiative and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills using Excel, Google Sheets, or business intelligence tools.
