## Job Description

## What you’ll do
- Own the vision and strategy for workforce identity, risk, and fraud prevention, setting a bold multi-year roadmap.
- Ship zero to one: identify sharpest problems, validate quickly, launch v1, and scale what works.
- Deliver end-to-end lifecycle coverage for workforce verification, from job application and interview risk checks to onboarding, ongoing access, account takeover defense, and payroll fraud prevention.
- Orchestrate solutions in RiskOS using its workflow engine, Hosted UX, and agentic decisioning to create adaptive HR and Recruitment solutions like dynamic policy agents, reviewer copilots, and outcome-driven checks.
- Run the business: define success metrics, pricing, packaging, positioning; make build/partner/buy decisions and own results.
- Lead the GTM motion: partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to land lighthouse customers, enable the field, and drive adoption.
- Grow the ecosystem through integrations and partnerships with HRIS, ATS platforms, and adjacent systems.
- Operate with data: use product analytics, fraud signals, and market feedback to set priorities and increase velocity.
- Elevate the team: mentor PMs and align engineering, data science, design, compliance, and operations around crisp plans.

## What you bring
- 7 to 10 years in product management or product strategy with leadership in identity, risk, fraud, HR or recruitment tech, or data platforms.
- Proven zero to one track record, taking a concept to v1 and then to product-market fit.
- Strength in go-to-market ownership including pricing, packaging, positioning, enablement, and partnership strategy; comfortable with customer calls and design partners.
- Technical fluency with ML and AI products; able to reason about data quality, model fit, platform tradeoffs, and delivery.
- Executive-level communication and cross-functional influence to align senior stakeholders and keep teams moving.

## Bonus
- Deep experience with HRIS or ATS ecosystems, payroll platforms, or workforce compliance.
- A technical or quantitative degree is a plus.
