## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Use domain expertise in mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, or systems engineering alongside AI tools like Claude Code to build a platform that automates engineering design across construction.
- Design, build, test, and iterate on products hands-on.

## Requirements
- Inherently multidisciplinary background, collaborating across mechanical, electrical, software, systems engineering.
- Experience at exceptional product companies (e.g., Tesla, SpaceX, Joby, Anduril, Rivian, Neuralink).
- Worked on real, shippable products like cars, robots, rockets, humanoids, aircraft — especially first-of-a-kind products.
- Hands-on builder, not a manager, consultant, or overseer.
- Hungry, deep in craft, still hands-on.
- **Senior level**: 7-15+ years of relevant work experience.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Elite engineering schools (MIT, Stanford, Caltech, CMU).
- Internships at great companies for recent grads.
