## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Take on high-priority questions and projects for the CEO, including research, analysis, recommendations, and execution.
- Own cross-functional projects without a natural home, including new markets, partnerships, pricing, and strategic initiatives.
- Run company planning and leadership rhythms, including planning cycles, leadership meetings, business reviews, and offsites.
- Track important company initiatives, ownership, progress, and blockers.
- Work across engineering, product, go-to-market, and finance to surface and resolve cross-functional misalignment.
- Support board and investor work, including metrics, board materials, investor updates, and financing processes.
- Translate customer, partner, and market insights into company input.
- Write strategy memos, company communications, and decision-support materials.

## Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, startup strategy or business operations, or a similarly rigorous environment.
- Strong analytical and financial skills, including the ability to build models and interpret company metrics.
- Technical fluency and the ability to work credibly with engineering and product teams.
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
- Experience taking ambiguous projects from open questions to concrete outcomes.
- Strong judgment, high ownership, low ego, and comfort challenging senior leaders.
- Fluency with modern AI tools and a habit of using them to improve work.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $180,000–$220,000 per year.
