## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Drive strategic revenue generation across assigned enterprise accounts, including new-logo acquisition and expansion.
- Build territory and account plans to exceed sales targets and annual quotas.
- Manage complex sales pipelines and deliver accurate forecasts.
- Understand customer IT architectures, applications, and third-party technologies, and align them with Cloudflare Reference Architectures.
- Lead multiple complex engagements across business units and influence executive and technical decision-makers.
- Coordinate virtual teams spanning regional specialists, product managers, deal desk, legal, and solution engineers.
- Advise customers on digital transformation and position Cloudflare as an enabler of strategic initiatives.
- Communicate strategic value propositions linked to customer business outcomes.
- Lead complex contract negotiations and close new-business and expansion opportunities.
- Build executive-level relationships that support adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Coach colleagues and share organizational learnings.

## Requirements
- 6+ years of advanced experience selling complex technology solutions into mid-market accounts across Turkey.
- Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets, including six-figure and multi-million-dollar deals.
- Expertise in cloud networking, security, and edge computing.
- Ability to map complex customer IT architectures to platform reference architectures.
- Experience leading and influencing cross-functional virtual teams.
- Advanced strategic communication, presentation, negotiation, discovery, positioning, competitive selling, closing, and expansion skills.
- Knowledge of digital transformation trends and enterprise business outcomes.
- Strong coaching and mentorship abilities.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, G Suite, Microsoft tools, and the MEDDPICC framework.
- Bachelor's degree required; a technical background such as engineering, computer science, or MIS is highly preferred.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Turkish.
