## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for sales and marketing roles, from intake through close.
- Partner with hiring managers and founders to define role scope, build interview loops, and calibrate hiring standards.
- Drive sourcing and outbound recruiting for hard-to-fill and senior roles.
- Manage candidates through the pipeline and maintain candidate engagement.
- Improve recruiting scorecards and playbooks as the organization scales.
- Report pipeline health and hiring velocity to the recruiting lead.
- Close high-conviction offers independently.

## Requirements
- Experience running full-cycle recruiting at an early-stage or fast-growing company.
- Experience recruiting for sales and marketing roles.
- Ability to tailor recruiting pitches and interview processes to different functions.
- Strong outbound recruiting and candidate-closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with other recruiters.
- Ability to move quickly in a fast-growth environment.
