## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle for prospects and customers across a variety of industries in assigned territory.
- Engage prospects and customers about their data and analytics initiatives to develop more efficient approaches leveraging the Dataiku platform.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and sales engineering to showcase the business value of Dataiku’s platform.
- Develop vision match with prospects and customers, develop alignment across groups, and cultivate champions.
- Articulate competitive positioning of Dataiku solutions.

## Requirements
- 5-7 years experience in software field sales.
- Strong belief in customer centric selling philosophy and applying a consultative approach.
- Background in selling innovation and new concepts to large enterprises.
- Strong ability to develop vision match with prospects/customers, alignment across groups, and cultivate champions.
- Good articulation of competitive positioning.
- Comfortable traveling 30 to 50%.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in ‘data’ – big data, analytics, data science, BI/DW, data integration.
- Early start-up experience.
