## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and operate high-throughput services that inspect live traffic, terminate and analyze TLS in the data path, and maintain near-zero latency.
- Own capabilities end to end, from design and implementation through production operation.
- Set technical direction for a functional area and make key technical decisions.
- Meet latency and reliability targets, maintain observability, and harden systems against real-world load and failure.
- Use AI tools and agents to design, build, and ship software effectively while validating correctness.

## Requirements
- 5–7+ years building and operating production services and front ends.
- Experience owning systems end to end in production.
- Hands-on experience with TLS/MITM inspection and security-sensitive live-traffic edge cases.
- Experience optimizing latency in streaming and distributed systems, including investigating p99 tail latency.
- Strong command of Go, Rust, or TypeScript/Node.
- Experience with React and TypeScript on the front end.
- Deep working knowledge of HTTP, TLS, gRPC/REST, and asynchronous or streaming I/O.
- Demonstrable proficiency using AI as a force multiplier in software engineering.
