## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage daily and monthly accounting tasks, including recurring accounting duties, journal entries under applicable GAAP, departmental coding, cash reconciliations, and payroll integration and reconciliations.
- Execute monthly close activities within established timelines.
- Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Follow internal controls to maintain accurate and reliable financial reporting.
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives by providing information and answering questions across departments.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- 2+ years of accounting experience.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting frameworks, such as US GAAP, AUS GAAP, or other international standards.
- Understanding of the financial statement impact of various transactions.
- Detail-oriented and deadline-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to support cross-functional projects.

## Nice-to-Haves
- CPA certification.
- Workday Financials experience.
