## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner directly with clients to understand workflows, constraints, and goals.
- Ask clarifying questions and translate vague requests into buildable requirements.
- Translate client needs into technical specifications and implement solutions end to end.
- Build customer-facing solutions across the stack using modern libraries and frameworks.
- Deploy, support, and iterate on solutions in live client environments.
- Feed recurring patterns from client work back into the core product.
- Represent the company credibly in technical conversations with non-technical stakeholders.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or strong demonstrated evidence of engineering ability.
- A portfolio demonstrating impressive engineering work; a link is required with the application.
- Full-stack capability beyond JavaScript and TypeScript, including experience with higher-level software libraries.
- Strong communication skills and comfort in client-facing settings.
- Ability to independently understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Fast learner comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.

## Nice to Have
- Familiarity with LiveKit, Twilio, or the OpenAI API.
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, or another regulated environment.
