## Job Description
## What You’ll Do

### Sponsorship Operations & Fulfillment
- Own the operational planning and execution of all sponsor deliverables
- Translate sponsorship agreements into clear execution plans and timelines
- Manage booth logistics, sponsor activations, assets collection, and on-site requirements
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for sponsors
- Ensure all sponsor benefits are fulfilled accurately and on schedule
- Build scalable processes and documentation to support year-over-year growth

### Registration Systems & Attendee Operations
- Own and manage event registration platforms (e.g., Cvent, Bizzabo)
- Design and maintain registration flows, ticket structures, and system configurations
- Oversee attendee data management, segmentation, reporting, and data accuracy
- Collaborate with Marketing to align registration setup with campaign strategies
- Lead on-site registration operations and check-in workflows

### Operational Excellence & Reporting
- Track and report on sponsorship revenue fulfillment and registration KPIs
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership visibility
- Identify process gaps and proactively improve workflows
- Ensure alignment across Marketing, Finance, Revenue, and Production teams

## What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years of experience in event operations, sponsorship fulfillment, or commercial event operations
- Hands-on experience managing event registration systems
- Strong operational mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Partnerships teams
- Proven ability to manage complex timelines and multiple external stakeholders
- Comfort working with contracts, deliverables tracking, and structured reporting
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
