## Oracle Fusion Module Ownership

### Manufacturing
- Work Definitions
- Work Execution
- Maintenance (EAM)

### Manufacturing Focus
- Work order lifecycle governance
- WIP cost accuracy
- Repair and rework loops
- Serialized assembly tracking
- Backflushing controls
- Shop floor process alignment

### Operational Leadership
- Partner with plant operations leaders
- Drive work order process improvements
- Stabilize WIP reconciliation
- Coordinate MES integration impacts
- Support maintenance cost tracking
- Leverage Oracle Cloud’s AI/ML capabilities (e.g., predictive maintenance signals, production anomaly detection, and intelligent scheduling) to improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance throughput
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Inventory teams to ensure seamless integration across planning, sourcing, production, and fulfillment processes

## Required Qualifications
- 8+ years manufacturing systems experience
- Strong understanding of production control and WIP costing
- Experience with serialized manufacturing
- Oracle Fusion Manufacturing experience

## Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Cloud Certification
- Experience with MES integrations
- Aerospace manufacturing background
- Knowledge of asset reliability principles
