## Job Description
## Oracle Fusion Module Ownership
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets
- Cash Management
- Cost Accounting
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Revenue Management

## Government & Compliance Responsibilities
- Support DCAA audit requirements
- Manage indirect rate structures and cost pools
- Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS cost principles
- Support government contract billing accuracy
- Oversee subledger-to-GL reconciliation integrity

## Operational Leadership
- Lead financial process design workshops
- Drive quarterly Oracle update impact analysis
- Partner with Finance leadership during close cycles
- Define and validate UAT scenarios
- Identify and remediate system control gaps
- Leverage Oracle Cloud’s embedded AI/ML capabilities (e.g., predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and anomaly detection) to enhance business processes, improve data-driven decision-making, and drive operational efficiency

## Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of ERP financial systems experience
- Deep understanding of cost accounting and project accounting
- Experience in government contracting or regulated manufacturing
- Hands-on Oracle Fusion Financials experience

## Preferred Qualifications
- DCAA audit exposure
- CPA or equivalent certification
- Experience supporting revenue recognition (ASC 606)
- Oracle Cloud Certification
- Strong background in manufacturing cost accounting
