Responsibilities
- Build long-term pipeline generation plan for net new logos
- Deliver revenue targets for YoY territory growth
- Develop account strategies to generate pipeline and predictable bookings
- Target and access prospect leaders, building decision-maker networks
- Scope, negotiate, and close agreements to exceed quota
- Leverage partners to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with Okta ecosystem (xDRs, Partners, Presales, etc.)
- Travel to build customer relationships
Requirements
- 8+ years success selling complex enterprise SaaS products
- Proven track record pitching to Product, Engineering, Architecture
- Deep technical discovery skills for developers
- Strong technical acumen linking tech to business outcomes
- Excellent communication/presentation skills
- Self-driven team player
- Expertise in MEDDPICC (or Challenger/Sandler)
Compensation
OTE: $260,000 - $390,000 USD (includes base + incentives) Equity, health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, parental leave.
