## Responsibilities

- Oversee recruitment and development of top-tier talent.

## Requirements

- **5+ years** hands-on experience in web frontend development (**React** preferred).

- Passion for infrastructure, tooling, developer productivity, or performance optimization.
- Ability to mentor, coach, and develop engineering talent.
- Experience driving technical initiatives for team efficiency and code quality.
