## Who We're Looking For
- **3+ years managing engineering teams** at product-driven tech companies, with **5+ years in engineering**
- Strong cross-functional collaborator who excels at translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to move fast and deliver results in dynamic, high-growth environments
- **Recent hands-on experience with Kotlin, Java, or TypeScript and CI/CD practices**
- User-focused problem solver with a passion for building elegant, practical solutions
