## Job Description
## What you’ll do
- Manage and grow engineering teams while actively contributing to codebases
- Code, review code, and architect systems at scale
- Drive clarity and alignment around complex technical decisions and challenges
- Support team growth and champion best practices in software engineering

## What we’re looking for
- Industry experience building high-quality software products
- Ability to identify problems, build alignment, and implement solutions autonomously
- Comfortable working with and designing abstractions and frameworks which increase developer velocity
