## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Set Ramp’s social strategy, raise the creative bar, and focus the calendar on fewer, more consequential moments.
- Decide when Ramp, employees, executives, creators, customers, or partners should lead stories, and build distribution plans around them.
- Help employees and executives post credibly through guidance, coaching, and amplification.
- Build a reliable approach to community management and social support, including a contractor bench.
- Coordinate producers, influencers, Brand, Communications, Growth, Support, and visibility teams on priority work.
- Establish a social scorecard and use insights to improve performance over time.

## Requirements
- 2+ years leading strategic social or related marketing programs at a technology, consumer, or media company.
- Experience building social strategy and its operating model, including prioritization, agency management, workflows, measurement, and executive alignment.
- Excellent editorial judgment and understanding of credible, native content across LinkedIn, X, Meta, YouTube, and emerging community channels.
- Experience with performance and brand measurement, distinguishing correlation from impact, and running disciplined tests.
