## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Support the Enterprise Strategy & Operations team in addressing strategic and operational challenges for Americas Enterprise sales leadership.
- Analyze business areas and surface insights that inform decision-making.
- Support regional programs including headcount planning, territory design, pipeline reviews, and business performance tracking.
- Collaborate with Sales, Channels & Alliances, Marketing, and Customer Success on initiatives that drive growth and improve sales productivity.
- Support operating rhythms such as QBRs, forecast reviews, and leadership updates.
- Manage stakeholder support, KPIs, and process optimization.
- Own project workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, solve problems, and ensure execution against timelines.
- Develop actionable recommendations from qualitative and quantitative data.

## Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in sales strategy and operations, management consulting, investment banking, equity research, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience driving and measuring outcomes across customer success, sales, marketing, or technical solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in SaaS or a high-tech company.
- Prior experience with go-to-market functions or growth strategy initiatives.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Metabase, or willingness to learn.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary: $100,000–$133,000 USD.
