> Own Suno’s conversion rate optimization across web and app stores, including landing pages, app store listings, copy, funnel analysis, and high-volume experimentation. The senior individual contributor will use customer insights and performance data to improve conversion, installs, CAC, and revenue per visitor.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Understand the ideal customer and translate those insights into landing pages, app store listings, copy, and conversion tests.
- Ship high volumes of landing pages across paid, SEO, lifecycle, partnerships, and product launches using the existing design system.
- Own app store optimization, including listing copy, screenshots, store creative, and the handoff into onboarding.
- Localize and adapt pages and store listings for international markets, languages, and regions.
- Write persuasive, on-brand copy and build pages from existing design components.
- Run high-volume A/B and multivariate experiments using AI and scrappy tooling.
- Analyze heatmaps, session recordings, surveys, and analytics to identify drop-off points and causes.
- Find high-leverage funnel opportunities by combining performance data, user research, and business context.
- Own web and app conversion metrics end to end, including conversion rate, install rate, CAC, and revenue per visitor.
- Partner with Revenue Product on paywall and upsell copy.
- Share conversion-testing learnings across the company.

## Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or conversion rate optimization.
- Experience owning conversion and funnel testing at scale across the web and app stores, including app store optimization.
- Strong landing-page copywriting skills and an ability to understand customers deeply.
- Experience interpreting experiment results, evaluating statistical significance, and determining next steps; familiarity with Statsig.
- Experience building and testing landing pages with tools such as Optimizely, VWO, or Unbounce.
- Experience analyzing user behavior with tools such as Clarity or Hotjar.
- Ability to define KPIs, conduct analysis, and turn user data and research into test plans tied to business outcomes.
- Ability to use AI to increase individual productivity.
- Good judgment around ethical experimentation; does not use dark patterns.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and willing to work five days per week from the New York City office.

## Compensation & Benefits
- **Base salary:** $160,000–$190,000, before equity.
