## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the organic growth strategy, including the SEO/AEO roadmap, topic and keyword strategy, and editorial calendar.
- Research, write, publish, and optimize SEO/AEO content across blogs, website pages, in-app copy, and guides.
- Drive technical and on-page SEO in partnership with engineering, including site architecture, structured data and schema markup, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals.
- Use Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs or SEMrush, and related tools to track rankings, traffic, and answer-engine citations.
- Translate briefs, insights, and product requirements into compelling, on-brand copy.
- Maintain brand voice and consistency across touchpoints.
- Use AI tools for ideation, drafting, and optimization while ensuring quality, compliance, and brand integrity.
- Analyze performance and optimize content to improve engagement, acquisition, and conversion.
- Collaborate with design, growth marketing, product marketing, research, data, engineering, social media, compliance, and product teams.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of experience managing content marketing in a B2C environment.
- Proven writing and editing skills across multiple formats.
- Fluency in SEO content best practices.
- Hands-on experience with SEO and analytics tools, including Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
- Track record of measurable organic growth, such as traffic, ranking, or share-of-voice gains.
- Familiarity with AEO/GEO practices, including structured data and optimization for AI-generated answers.
- Comfort using AI tools for ideation, drafting, and optimization.
- Exceptional attention to detail and experience refining AI-generated content for clarity, compliance, style consistency, and brand integrity.
- Strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

## Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, financial wellness, or adjacent industries.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary of $170,000–$190,000.
- Bonus and equity program eligibility may be available.
