## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Adjudicate background checks accurately with strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Investigate and resolve internal and external escalations around background checks in a timely manner.
- Identify, investigate, and drive background check issues to full resolution; surface and action opportunities to improve.
- Execute repetitive operational tasks with precision and attention to detail; identify process improvement opportunities to increase team efficiency and scalability.

## Requirements
- 1-2+ years of professional experience, ideally in a fast-paced setting in Background Checks, Data Processing, or Support related fields OR strong academic record.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and fortitude to work through ever-changing and dynamic operational conditions.
- Ability to make critical decisions around sensitive issues quickly in a fast paced environment.
- Operate within a high degree of confidentiality.
- Weekend and holiday availability.
