## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Serve as authority and power user on marketing automation platform.
- Leverage Salesforce CRM data for audience segmentation and manage communications.
- Execute acquisition campaigns, customer retention journeys, thought leadership, and product education.
- Drive brand awareness across touchpoints.
- Handle list generation, tracking, email templates, customized emails, landing pages, and omni-channel campaigns.
- Structure, populate, and report on marketing automation dashboard with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Sales Effectiveness, and Marketing stakeholders.
- Analyze, measure, and report campaign performance against ROI and KPIs.
- Own workflows for lead qualification, scoring, routing, assignment, drip campaigns, and triggers.
- Create and manage analytics dashboards for monthly reviews.
- Adhere to project management best practices and data privacy standards.
- Manage email campaign structure, segmentation, testing, deployment, and improvements.
- Maintain integrations with CRMs and website platforms.
- Research and implement best practices, conduct A/B testing for optimization.
- Develop partnerships with stakeholders for planning and prioritization.

## Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing communications.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience establishing A/B and multivariate tests, evaluating performance.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Motivated self-starter, handles multiple tasks under minimal supervision.
- Critical thinking, independent judgment, attention to detail, highly organized.

## Desired
- Interest in healthcare market and hospital operations.
- B2B experience in healthcare, telecom, SaaS.
- Salesforce.com experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related.
- Strong writing and proofreading skills.
- Graphic design and visual layout experience.
