## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead integrated test development from concept through production, including test strategy, requirements, and execution plans.
- Design hardware, wiring, and electrical systems for electrical and RF testing, including fixtures, harnesses, interfaces, and rack integration.
- Develop modular, reusable test-automation software and tooling in Linux environments.
- Own test maintainability and reliability across the lifecycle, including calibration, upkeep, debugging, and continuous improvement.
- Create device and subsystem simulators for hardware-in-the-loop (HITL) and automated integration testing.
- Support environmental and qualification testing, including thermal, vibration, and shock testing, instrumentation, and procedures.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong programming abilities in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Experience developing in a Linux-based environment.
- Hands-on experience with power supplies, DC loads, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and network analyzers.
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

## Nice-to-haves
- Root-cause analysis of integrated electronics, including mixed-signal, digital, and RF-adjacent systems.
- Familiarity with MIL-STD-810 test methods, including vibration, shock, and thermal testing.
- Experience designing test racks or ATE systems using PXI, USB/LXI instrumentation, and custom interfaces, and scaling them into production.
- Experience writing reusable test-software patterns, including hardware abstraction layers, driver libraries, and test-sequencing frameworks.
- Experience with firmware bring-up, I2C, SPI, UART, fault injection, and telemetry capture.
