## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for Marketing roles at all levels, including product marketing, narrative, and brand positions.
- Ensure a delightful candidate experience from the first conversation through each candidate’s first day.
- Source candidates using Clay, sourcing tools, and referral campaigns.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic recruiting, quality of hire, and effective interview-process design.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of business or marketing recruiting experience.
- Strongly preferred: at least 2 years of in-house and/or early-stage startup GTM recruiting experience.
- Located in New York City or San Francisco and excited about an in-person office environment 4–5 days per week.
- Creativity, strong written and verbal communication, and excellent interviewing skills.
- Ability to identify talent that will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup.
- Experience prioritizing and shaping candidate experience.
