## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Prospect and build pipeline through high-quality outreach.
- Conduct discovery calls, listening to customer problems before pitching.
- Write customized business cases and pitch collateral, supported by sales leader, sales engineer, and product team.
- Identify value areas, map to pain points, influence budget, navigate procurement.
- Close seven-figure enterprise deals with owners and general contractors.
- Win new logos and expand existing customers by aligning to strategic goals.
- Run disciplined discovery with technical and business stakeholders.
- Partner with sales engineering, product, and customer teams.
- Build long-term customer relationships for repeat deployments and revenue growth.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a software sales executive in high-velocity selling.
- Demonstrable achievement and consistency in meeting/exceeding quota.
- Track record of high win/loss ratio through early disqualification.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate value propositions.
