## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Produce creative content using AI software, including **static ads**, **video ads**, and **landing pages**, from concept through finished asset.
- Create variations of successful content while maintaining quality and brand guidelines.

## Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a university or other higher-education institution.
- Strong sense of social media and design, with enthusiasm for creative work.
- Fluent German.
- Independent and reliable working style.
- Interest in using new AI tools.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with paid advertising, including **Meta**, **TikTok**, or **Google**.
- Experience with **Canva**, **CapCut**, or **Figma**.
- Personal content projects or a portfolio.

## Compensation and Benefits
- €18–22 per hour, up to 20 hours per week; more hours may be available during semester breaks.
- Minimum commitment of 3 months, with an immediate start.
- Fully remote until early October; afterward, remote work or work from the Berlin office is available.
