## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with product teams to identify important questions and answer them with data.
- Work with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop product success metrics, set targets, measure results and outcomes, and size opportunities.
- Design, build, and update end-to-end data pipelines, collaborating with stakeholders on new data collection and refinement of existing data sources and tables.
- Partner with product researchers to build a holistic understanding of customers, products, and the business.
- Influence product roadmaps and strategy through experimentation, exploratory analysis, and quantitative research.
- Build and automate actionable models and dashboards.
- Craft data stories and share findings and recommendations across R&D and the broader company.
- Drive and shape core Research, Analytics & Data Science foundations and improve how the organization operates.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with data to solve problems and drive evidence-based decisions.
- Excellent SQL skills and experience applying analytical and statistical approaches to problem-solving.
- Proven ability to initiate and deliver actionable analysis and insights that drive tangible impact with minimal supervision.
- Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills, with a focus on driving impact.
- Strong growth mindset, sense of ownership, passion, and curiosity.
- Experience with a scientific computing language such as R or Python.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Superset, or Looker.
- Experience with data modeling and ETL pipelines.
- Experience working with product teams.
- Experience leveraging AI tools across the data science workflow, including ideation, coding, analysis, and communication.
