## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to support and guide prospective clients through the Rippling evaluation process.
- Understand client goals and technical needs, and communicate how the platform supports HR and payroll requirements.
- Lead technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements tailored to customer objectives.
- Create and maintain technical content that helps users succeed.
- Provide product feedback representing the customer voice.
- Develop expertise in the Rippling platform and its competitive differentiators.
- Contribute to a supportive, inclusive, high-performing Solutions Consulting team.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in presales or a client-facing technical role.
- Expertise in HRIS or HCM systems.
- Clear, confident communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Growth mindset, curiosity, and collaborative approach.
- Proactive problem-solving approach and comfort working in a dynamic environment.
- Degree or equivalent practical experience.

## Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of payroll systems in Australia and New Zealand.
