## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Turn complex operational workflows into intuitive, powerful, and approachable products.
- Define interaction patterns for working with AI agents, including delegation, decision transparency, and user control.
- Design data-rich experiences that help customers understand what is happening, why it matters, and what to do next.
- Shape new product areas and foundational workflows across planning, analytics, setup, configuration, and integrations.
- Lead customer research and discovery, translating operational needs into product strategy and decisions.
- Partner with product and engineering to influence the roadmap, prototype quickly, and carry ideas through implementation and launch.
- Use AI agents to instrument experiences, prototype ideas, and run experiments.

## Requirements
- 3+ years designing and shipping production B2B software.
- Strong systems and interaction design skills.
- Ability to distill complex, multi-stakeholder needs into clear, reusable experiences.
- Ability to turn ambiguity into shipped product while maintaining craft and customer impact.
- Experience leading research and building close relationships with users.
- Strong communication skills across customers, engineers, product partners, and teammates.
- Ability to make powerful, data-dense products approachable for non-technical operators.
- Comfort with broad ownership and influencing product strategy and execution.

## Nice to Have
- Experience writing code or using coding agents to prototype or ship.
- Practical AI fluency with tools such as Cursor and Claude.

- Estimated base salary: **$130,000–$180,000 per year**.
