## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Become a go-to expert on Quote-to-Cash systems, billing models, and internal tech stack (**Salesforce**, **Gong**, **Ironclad**, **Gainsight**), managing renewals efficiently.
- Own end-to-end T-120 renewal motion: create/maintain renewal plans, track milestones, coordinate stakeholders, ensure timely execution.
- Drive operational close for renewals: shepherd agreements through **Ironclad**, confirm dates/terms, obtain signatures, manage slips/extensions, maintain accurate opportunity/quote data.
- Improve renewal forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene: own key forecasting fields (forecasted MRR, categories, stages, notes), participate in T-120/weekly forecast rhythms.
- Partner with AEs/CSMs: clarify quote ownership/dates/products/amounts, manage auto-renew/manual renewals, support churn reporting, act as billing expert for complex scenarios.
- Identify/implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce risk, elevate customer experience.

## Requirements
- At least **3 years** experience as Renewals Specialist in **SaaS** environment.
- Confident working autonomously as first Renewals Specialist team member, building cross-functional relationships.
- Exceptional communicator: clear updates, surface risks early, build alignment (writing, presentations, conversation).
- Deeply customer-centric, commercially minded: understand economics, weigh risks/tradeoffs, make sound decisions.
- Builder mindset: shape Renewals function, experiment/codify processes, deliver on-time renewals, revenue optimization, high CSAT.

- Confident using **AI** to expedite processes.
