## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Define the vision for the Celonis Retail & CPG industry practice and translate it into a strategy and prioritized actions.
- Build and lead a cross-functional industry team across Value Engineering, Sales, and AI Builders; establish processes and structure to accelerate industry impact.
- Work directly with customers to align Retail & CPG solutions with their business strategies.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM leaders to inform future product development based on customer feedback.
- Identify and package scalable use cases across the Celonis platform, driving innovation and expanding offerings.
- Enable internal teams and partners to position and deploy Retail & CPG solutions.
- Represent the Retail & CPG industry internally and externally and support the success of clients, employees, and partners.

## Requirements

- Proven experience building and leading cross-functional teams that develop software solutions for strategic Retail & CPG industry problems.
- High degree of entrepreneurship and experience building in a 0-to-1 environment.
- Excellence in public speaking and external presentations.
- Proven experience developing enterprise software solutions, with a strong portfolio of successful real-world use cases.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for stakeholders ranging from board members to end users.
- Demonstrated autonomous leadership and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous problem spaces.
- Experience working across sales, solution scoping, product, and customer interactions.
