## Job Description

## Role Scope
- Run deployment projects for controls and sensor systems across sites: scope, schedule, vendors, and field execution.
- Coordinate installation and integration of BMS and EPMS sensors, meters, and control hardware with construction and commissioning.
- Own the vendor relationships: procurement handoff, delivery timing, and field support when it breaks.
- Track every site's controls scope to done, with punch lists that actually reach zero.

## Requirements
- Project-managed controls, instrumentation, or low-voltage systems installation on industrial or data center sites.
- Herded electricians, integrators, and vendors to a date without owning any of them.
- Read one-lines, points lists, and network drawings well enough to catch a scope gap.
- Recovered a slipping installation without burning the team.
- Punch lists close because you drive them daily.

## Nice-to-Haves
- BMS and EPMS platforms.
- Data center construction.

- PMP or equivalent.
