## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Evolve the AI harness powering autonomous agents, including orchestration, tool calling, context and memory management, and production scaffolding.
- Design and ship agentic workflows and structured interfaces for reliable actions in financial systems of record.
- Build human-in-the-loop patterns, confidence thresholds, and fallback behaviors that prioritize correctness.
- Expand evaluation and observability tooling, including curated datasets, evaluations, regression tests, tracing, and logging.
- Work directly with customers and finance teams to determine where agents can act autonomously and where human review is needed.
- Help define the agentic architecture as the product expands across finance workflows.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, leadership, designers, and customers in a fast-moving startup environment.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping autonomous agentic systems in production.
- 8+ years of experience building and shipping SaaS products.
- Experience operating agents in a sensitive domain such as finance, healthcare, or legal.
- Hands-on experience with agent frameworks tied to a shipped product, such as LangGraph, AgentCore, AutoGen, CrewAI, or LlamaIndex.
- Experience building web applications and services with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Experience deploying, testing, monitoring, and debugging production systems.
- Strong problem-solving, ownership, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Comfort working across the stack, handling ambiguity, and operating at startup pace.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with accounting workflows or financial systems of record.
- Experience designing reliable systems around probabilistic components.
- Experience building evaluation, regression-testing, tracing, and observability systems for AI agents.
