## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of platform design including UI, UX, and graphics
- Work directly with CEO and product managers to create world-class designs
- Listen to ideas, contribute your own, talk with customers, and analyze data to create product designs
- Design ranging from straightforward UIs to complex data visualizations

## Requirements
- Extremely talented UI designer with strong eye for great UX
- Creative yet controlled; knows when to use simple or unique designs
- Experience designing complicated, analytics-heavy platforms
- Keep up with modern design tools/trends (e.g., **Figma**)
- A little technical with grasp on engineering implementation
- Opinionated about design; abide by and help create design patterns and style guides

## Required Experience
- At least **3 years** of product design experience with **SaaS** products
- Ideally experience with complicated B2B platforms
