## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Set and report on provider network capacity targets; identify and close gaps before they affect patient access.
- Partner with Recruiting, Licensing and Credentialing, and Learning teams to reduce the time from contract signature to first patient visit as volume scales.
- Own the end-to-end provider relationship, including orientation, utilization, and retention.
- Define and track provider utilization metrics; turn insights into process and product improvements.
- Build and run provider engagement programs, including incentives and community initiatives.
- Partner with Quality and Clinical leadership to define network participation criteria based on clinical quality standards.
- Monitor provider-level utilization, patient outcomes, complaints, and other quality data; drive action on outliers.
- Support quality-based remediation and contract termination decisions in line with clinical and compliance standards.
- Coordinate across Licensing, Credentialing, Quality, Clinical Operations, and Product teams.
- Build reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into network health.
- Represent the provider network in company-wide planning and flag capacity and quality risks.

## Requirements
- 3 years of work experience, including at least 1 year in provider network management, provider success or experience, or network operations at a telehealth company.
- Experience owning network metrics such as growth, retention, utilization, and quality.
- Ability to build new processes and optimize existing ones.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills across Clinical, Product, Compliance, and Commercial teams.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to tell a story and prioritize investments.
- Comfort working in ambiguity and at an early-stage startup pace.

## Nice to Have
- Experience in women's health.
- Experience managing a clinician network with multiple license types, such as MDs, NPs, and RDs.
