> This high-trust role partners directly with the Founder to run operating rhythms, manage cross-functional initiatives, support fundraising and investor relations, and coordinate hiring. Candidates need 1–3 years of experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline, strong communication, and exceptional ownership.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Operations & Execution
- Own Origin's OKR framework, including setup, tracking, quarterly reviews, and blocker escalation.
- Manage the Founder's weekly priorities; prepare briefing notes and own post-meeting follow-ups.
- Drive the company's operating cadence, including all-hands, leadership reviews, and planning offsites.

### Stakeholder & Investor Relations
- Draft and send monthly investor updates, coordinating with Finance on key metrics.
- Own the data room and keep financials, cap table, and product documents audit-ready.
- Track the investor pipeline and prepare meeting materials, including decks, one-pagers, and FAQs.

### Cross-functional Project Management
- Coordinate across Tech, HR, Marketing, and Ops; own the project tracker and resolve dependencies early.
- Lead Founder-sponsored special projects spanning multiple functions or lacking a natural owner.
- Support hiring and onboarding through JD drafting, candidate tracking, and interview coordination.

## Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in consulting, early-stage startups, or a Chief of Staff/operations role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering, with a strong academic track record.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the Founder independently.
- Structured thinking, ability to create clarity from ambiguity, and skill in building systems that are adopted.
- Strong project management instincts, including tracking owners, deadlines, and dependencies.
- Proficiency with AI tools, Claude, Google Suite, DocSend, and Slack.
- Comfort with numbers, OKR dashboards, burn metrics, and investor data.
- High ownership, follow-through, and ability to close loops.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a deep-tech, hardware, or R&D-intensive startup.
- Exposure to fundraising workflows, data rooms, investor CRMs, and pitch materials.
- Familiarity with OKR methodologies.
- Strong research and synthesis skills covering markets, investor theses, and competitive landscapes.
- Interest in specializing in Strategy, Operations, or Sales as the company scales.
