- Partner with hardware, firmware, perception, and systems engineering leads to align requirements, interfaces, and milestones across the compute and sensor stack.
- Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, technical risks, and schedule conflicts before they become blockers.
- Build and maintain program schedules, tracking mechanisms, and executive-level status reporting.
- Facilitate technical trade-off discussions involving performance, power, cost, and timeline, driving decisions to closure with engineering leadership.
- Establish and evolve program management processes, including planning cadences, milestone reviews, and launch-readiness criteria, for fast-moving hardware-software programs.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of technical program management experience, including programs spanning embedded software and hardware such as compute platforms, SoCs, or sensors.
- Proven ability to manage complex, long-running, cross-functional projects.
- Deep familiarity with software, hardware, or automotive development processes.
- Ability to maintain the big-picture perspective and provide clear, structured, concise communications tailored to the audience.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, including the ability to contribute to architecture and methodology documentation and understand systems and hardware-software interfaces.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting program status and risks to senior leadership.
- Strong relationship-building skills with senior leaders and engineers across functions, and the ability to advance goals without direct authority.

## Nice to Have
