## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Use consistent outreach (email, phone, social media, LinkedIn) to connect with doulas, collectives, training programs, and community partners.
- Educate prospects about Loula's platform via email and phone.
- Prepare qualified leads for onboarding: schedule intro calls, prepare materials, ensure smooth handoffs.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and consistent follow-ups.
- Identify and engage referral partners (midwifery practices, perinatal clinics, community organizations).
- Surface insights from sales efforts to inform messaging and strategy.
- Stay knowledgeable on services, audiences, and markets.

## Requirements
- 1-3 years in consultative or consumer sales (bonus: startup or healthcare).
- Conduct introductory/consultative calls to qualify leads and educate on product value.
- Nurture relationships and close deals.
- Experience building sales channels, launching markets, or improving processes in early-stage environments.
- Cross-functional collaboration with onboarding/marketing.
