## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Meet onsite with customer analysts to understand critical questions and identify pain points.
- Identify relevant datasets through engagement with customer problems and workflows, and work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into stable, extensible pipelines.
- Build bespoke workflows for new user groups in collaboration with customers.
- Lead training sessions to ensure the product meets user needs and is used widely enough to create operational impact.
- Present results and proposals for future work to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives.
- Embed with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to incorporate field observations into cross-company product offerings.
- Build and deliver demos to new and existing customers.
- Scope potential engagements in new industries and expanding locations.

## Requirements
- Ability to take on open-ended problems in unstructured environments.
- Adaptive and introspective, with willingness to learn, teach, lead, and follow.
- Ability to travel 25–75%, varying by location and team.
- Fluent business Korean and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages such as Python, R, MATLAB, or SQL.
- Must be graduating in 2026 or 2027.
