## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Interview Execution
- Run the candidate interview experience end to end, including screens, take-homes, virtual loops, and full-day onsites.
- Manage complex scheduling across candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
- Track interviewer capacity, flag saturation, and help scale the interviewer pool.

### ATS and Pipeline Integrity
- Own candidate data in Ashby, including stages, tags, scorecards, and written rationale.
- Build automated exception reports for missing feedback, stalled candidates, and inconsistent stage data.
- Create hiring reports covering time-to-schedule, funnel conversion, interviewer load, and offer outcomes.

### Candidate Experience
- Provide clear, fast, and human communication throughout the candidate journey.
- Automate interviewer packets, candidate preparation, and follow-ups while preserving a personal experience.
- Own post-offer coordination and the handoff into onboarding.

### Onsites and Events
- Run Superdays, candidate dinners, and networking events, including logistics, travel, communications, and day-of execution.
- Help make the onsite experience a reason candidates accept an offer.

### Automation and Process Building
- Identify repetitive work and remove it with automations, LLM workflows, Ashby’s API, or other effective tools.
- Codify recruiting practices into prompts, templates, and workflows.
- Analyze interview-stage scores and their relationship to on-the-job performance.
- Grow into program ownership, hiring-process design, evaluation design, and recruiting systems.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management, recruiting operations, HR operations, or a similar role.
- Fluency with an ATS; experience with Ashby is relevant.
- Daily use of AI and experience building something with it, such as a scheduling automation, sourcing workflow, data-cleaning script, or prompt library.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to fixing the causes of recurring inefficiencies.
- Clear, direct writing with candidates and hiring managers.
- High ownership and consistent follow-through.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience at an early-stage company in AI or high-growth technology.
- Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools such as Claude, Cursor, Clay, Zapier, or ATS APIs.
- SQL experience or comfort using a business intelligence tool.
- Experience designing or improving interview processes, including rubrics, scorecards, or interviewer calibration.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary: $100,000–$150,000.
- $15,000 relocation bonus for moving to the New York metropolitan area.
