## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-value enterprise accounts.
- Drive outbound prospecting efforts and land-and-expand strategies to develop long-term client relationships.
- Conduct discovery calls, understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer-centricity.
- Adapt to an ever-changing work environment and operate with a sense of urgency.

## Requirements
- Significant enterprise sales experience.
- Strong track record in sales with entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to continuous learning.
- Experience building and managing a pipeline of high-value enterprise accounts.
- Experience driving outbound prospecting and land-and-expand strategies.
- Ability to conduct discovery calls, understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Deep understanding of the martech and/or data ecosystem and how businesses use these technologies to drive growth.

## Compensation
- On-Target Earnings: $300,000 annually
- Base Salary: $150,000 annually
- Meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
