## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Own the Long-Tail Partner Funnel
- Own acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention for the long-tail agency segment.
- Define and monitor activation rate, time-to-first-deal, partner-sourced pipeline, engagement and certification rates, retention, and cohort dormancy.
- Identify when scaled programs should hand off to human-managed relationships based on tier, spend, or engagement thresholds.
- Partner with the Solution Partner Program team to maintain clear ownership boundaries.

### Build the Scaled, Automated Motion
- Design and run tiered, automated programs for partner onboarding, certification, and ongoing engagement.
- Build and maintain partner segmentation based on activity level, certification status, deal registration, referral volume, and account overlap.
- Own PartnerStack for partner enrollment, tiering, commissions, program administration, and lifecycle triggers.
- Test and iterate on segmentation, messaging, sequencing, and incentive triggers to improve funnel conversion.

### Turn Ecosystem Data Into Growth Signal
- Use Crossbeam account-mapping data to identify overlap across partners, customers, and prospects.
- Translate ecosystem signals into automated partner-facing nudges and internal routing.

### Fuel the Motion With Content
- Partner with Partner Marketing to develop enablement materials, product updates, and co-marketing assets.
- Distribute content at scale across the partner base.

## Requirements
- Experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or PLG customer marketing, preferably supporting thousands of accounts or users.
- Strong understanding of funnel metrics, including activation, conversion, retention, and cohort churn.
- Ability to pull, interpret, and act on data independently.
- Fluency with PartnerStack and Crossbeam, or ability to quickly learn comparable tools.
- Experience designing automated, segmented programs for large populations.
- Comfort partnering with marketing teams to produce and distribute content without personally owning content creation.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with marketing automation and lifecycle tools such as Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, or HubSpot workflows.
- Experience in self-serve or PLG motions, developer or app ecosystem growth, or tiered partner programs.
- Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company with a product-led or sales-led motion.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Total cash compensation pay range: **$135,000–$190,000 USD**, inclusive of annual base salary and annual bonus as applicable.
