## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Ship PRs to production immediately and contribute to voice AI stack.
- Own meaningful features or system improvements end-to-end from design to deployment.
- Take ownership of core product areas (voice, chat, workflows, or integrations) and drive roadmap.
- Lead technical initiatives that ship to customers.
- Help establish engineering best practices and mentor newer engineers.
- Shape product and technical strategy.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in full-stack web development, preferably at startups.
- Deep experience with **TypeScript**, **React**, and **Node.js**.
- Strong attention to detail and eye for design.
- Experience with **AWS** or other cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with **PostgreSQL**.
- Track record of owning technically challenging, cross-functional projects.
- Customer-first mindset and strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

## Nice to Have
- Experience deploying reliable **LLM**-based products in production.
- Experience with **Vite + TanStack** technologies (Router/Query/Table).
- Experience with **Temporal**.
- Experience working with data-intensive or real-time applications.
