## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to turn a voice AI platform into production-ready agents.
- Build custom demos for prospective customers across pre-sales and post-sales.
- Understand customer workflows, systems, products, policies, call flows, and edge cases.
- Deploy agents, debug issues, improve performance, and ensure reliable real-world operation.
- Translate customer feedback into product improvements.

## Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for addressing technical challenges.
- Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills.
- Interest in product design and prioritization.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Passion for learning and keeping up with AI advancements.

## Nice to Have
- Prompt engineering experience.
- Experience with AI or LLM-based platforms.
- Experience with TypeScript, React, Python, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, or AWS.
