## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own and pursue a research agenda for improving long-horizon memory and personalization in frontier models.
- Build robust evaluations for tracking modeling improvements.
- Design, implement, test, and debug code across the research stack.
- Collaborate closely with research and product teams to influence technical solutions in the product.

## Requirements and Qualifications
- Background in reinforcement learning research.
- Ability to iterate quickly and translate scientific rigor and long-term research into product impact.
- Interest in cutting-edge reinforcement learning and frontier model research.
- Commitment to principled approaches and research craftsmanship.
- Passion for long-horizon tasks, memory, and applying research to products.
- Comfort working in a large machine learning codebase and debugging it.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and technically complex environment.
