## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and extend foundational systems across the full stack, from backend services to frontend interfaces.
- Own projects end to end, from product and architectural decisions through deployment, monitoring, and measuring user impact.
- Work autonomously while collaborating with a lean, high-trust team on challenging problems.
- Tackle complex domains at scale using simple, well-crafted solutions.
- Take initiative, solve problems proactively, and continuously improve the codebase and product.

## Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering experience, with production-grade work across backend and frontend systems.
- Deep fluency in at least one high-level programming language; Python and TypeScript are used on the team.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP, and containerized deployment with Kubernetes.
- Experience building at scale in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
- Ability to build and maintain reliable, performant software and make sound architectural trade-offs.
- Ability to work autonomously on ambiguous problems and collaborate effectively with a high-performing team.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with React.
- Exposure to machine learning workflows or ML infrastructure.
- Familiarity with PyTorch, CUDA, or Ray.
