## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Handle inbound requests from prospective customers and qualify leads to determine fit for Notion
- Run discovery calls to understand business challenges
- Conduct outbound prospecting using data and research to reach target customers
- Run discovery calls with executives and share learnings to improve Notion
- Build and use AI agents to automate sales development tasks

## Requirements
- Based in the San Francisco Bay Area
- Able to work in office three days a week (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Genuine interest in a career in sales
- Prior outbound sales experience (BDR role only)
- Love for Notion and bias toward action

## Nice-to-Haves
- Interest in building with AI agents and automation tools
- Experience using Notion for productivity and project management
