## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Drive go-to-market strategy for Incident Response products, including Incident Management, On-Call, and Incident AI.
- Launch new features with messaging and positioning, creating slide decks, blogs, product demos, webinars, and solution briefs.
- Develop sales enablement assets such as battlecards, pitch decks, and demos using market and competitive insights.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on campaigns across webinars, paid media, organic channels, and sponsored events.
- Lead customer marketing initiatives, including case studies, testimonials, and customer-value storytelling.
- Identify growth opportunities to accelerate adoption and expansion of Incident Response products.
- Lead cross-team projects from opportunity identification through execution.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or related roles marketing highly technical products.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Enablement stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, written communication, verbal communication, content creation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Understanding of modern engineering workflows, operational practices, and tools used to build, operate, and troubleshoot systems.

## Nice-to-haves
- Domain expertise in incident response, incident management, on-call, service management, ITSM, or observability.
- Experience marketing highly technical products to developers, SREs, and IT decision-makers.
