## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the health of live partner integrations after launch and serve as the ongoing technical point of contact for partner engineering teams.
- Monitor integration health, feature adoption, and stability; instrument telemetry, logs, dashboards, and alerting for webhook delivery, disbursement and repayment flows, offer eligibility, and reconciliation.
- Own technical escalations end-to-end by reproducing issues, investigating logs and data, identifying root causes, and driving resolution across Parafin and partner systems.
- Work across React, Scala, and Python codebases; use SQL and API calls to isolate platform, implementation, and data issues.
- Partner with Product and Platform Engineering to ship durable fixes.
- Design tooling, automation, runbooks, documentation, and self-serve support for scalable integration support.
- Establish technical documentation standards and improve public-facing developer documentation.
- Identify recurring issues and eliminate root causes through tooling, documentation, or product changes.
- Translate partner needs into prioritized platform, API, and partner-asset improvements.
- Advocate for partners while steering requests toward scalable solutions.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role such as post-sales or solutions engineering, technical partner support, developer support engineering, or technical account management.
- Engineering background with fluency in at least one programming language, such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Scala.
- Ability to navigate a production codebase and debug complex technical issues.
- Strong debugging skills, including reading logs, writing SQL, inspecting data pipelines, and reproducing issues with API calls.
- Proficiency with REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, data pipelines, and embeddable UI components.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives.
- Strong partner-focused problem-solving and a bias toward documentation, tooling, and repeatable processes.
- Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience establishing or scaling a technical support function.
- Experience in fintech, payments, lending, or other money-movement domains.
- Familiarity with ledgering and reconciliation.
- Familiarity with SQL and monitoring or observability tooling, including dashboards, logging, and alerting.
- Knowledge of integration design and technical scoping best practices.
- Experience building or improving developer-facing documentation and self-serve support.
